    Very rarely do I take time out of my day to write a review. In this case, this is one review I am delighted to make. During Imelda, my roof started to leak. Immediately I called my insurance agent to let them know what was going on. The bottom line was, I needed a roofer. Through word of mouth, enter Dustin and All-Pro Roofing. Dustin and his company was a blessing to my family and me. Dustin walked me through the claims process and aided in making sure that the insurance company didn't take advantage of me. This man knows his craft! The insurance company denied my claim, but Dustin never gave up hope. He fought for me on my behalf, trying to get the insurance company to do the right thing. Dustin's crew came in early, and in one day, I had a new roof! It is beautiful and even better quality than the one that initially was built on the house! They cleaned up and left no trace that roofers were even there! Even after Dustin had been paid in full and the work completed, he still was there assisting me with my insurance company. In the end, due to his hard work and persistence State Farm has finally agreed to pay my claim. We live in Greater Houston, and roofing companies are plentiful. All of them want your business, but there are few companies roofing or otherwise that have All-Pro's integrity, honesty, and compassion toward their customers. I promise you if you're looking for a roofer and you're reading this review, you will do yourself the biggest favor by doing business with All-Pro and Dustin!

    Great business and great owner interaction. If you've been around a while, you likely have had to replace a roof. The industry can get a bad reputation...especially around storm activity. Dustin and his crews are honest and willing to give you a detailed work estimate without attempting tactics. The person who quotes and explains will actually visit the job site during and upon completion of the work. Not all roofing companies operate that way. Furthermore, All-Pro takes care of work crews...and they in turn take care of your roof. I learned of All-Pro from a friend referral. I in turn have referred them to others. If you are looking for a quality roof installation and fair business interaction, give them a chance.

    We had a shared fence replaced. Team showed up when stated. Old fence was removed and hauled out immediately. New fence installed within a few days. Our neighbor, nor us...were happy with the result. Owner was here immediately and within a day or so, a new crew was here, tore the new fence down and replaced it!!!!! A company that believes in customer service, they are amazing and professional!!! Debris was removed quickly as well which was appreciated!
